📦 Item Not Delivered?

  • If your order does not arrive at the address you provided, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • If the courier cannot locate your address, it is your responsibility to contact the courier directly. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your reimbursement.

  • If your sneakers have not arrived or were not available for pickup by the expected delivery date, please notify us within 14 calendar days. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

  • You may return any pair of sneakers for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost if the item is defective or does not match the description on our website.

  • To ensure a smooth process, we recommend filming your unboxing as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
